We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Operations & Data Analyst to lead the sales and marketing operation functions for Welcome Homes, reporting directly to the CRO.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing data and generating deep customer and sales insight in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness. You will accomplish your mission by working collaboratively with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you will measure everything to help us optimize our sales funnel and achieve growth. Provide first-tier support for any end-user technical or process questions in Salesforce and other systems primarily managed by Sales Operations.
Develop all reporting and dashboards for the sales organization and implement tools and processes that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
Support Sales and Marketing leadership reporting and analysis requests.
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth.
Support the revenue organization and functions to ensure SLAs are met and support opportunity management (creation, updating, and closing).
Own partnership with Marketing and Product in regard to proper lead management processes, metrics and policies, and determining customer outreach methods.
Own design and integration between Salesforce and other critical systems, including Dialpad, Hubspot, and others.
Own system adoption and data compliance and governance.
Own data integrity within customer records in Salesforce and other systems.
Support CRO in managing sales commission structure and tracking.
Manage and evangelize communication best practices for sales and support functions.
Manage the operational aspect of onboarding new employees and transitions of existing employees.
